A Production Manager determines how to make receiving raw materials, tracking production schedules and shipping final goods happen as efficiently as possible. They are also responsible for allocating labor resources, and cost adjustments to ensure everything runs smoothly. Therefore, it is important to have good communication and leadership skills.
