We all have a lot of exams, essays and challenges frequently. In our life, we also need to be with our family, friends and have time for our hobbies. We reached a point where we feel tired and with a lot of unanswered questions: "What can I do? How can I solve it? How can I manage my emotions at the same? What do I want to do in the future? Am I in the right path ? “ Those are normal and very common questions and they can be answered! ESTIEM Local Group Aveiro brings you an event that is going to help you end your doubts.

On 25th of April you will have the chance to attend workshops, team building activities and a round table where ESTIEMers will gather to share some experiences and how they could be able to do both ESTIEM and university work. You will have the opportunity to understand a little bit more about emotional intelligence with José Micard and about self knowledge in a workshop held by U.DREAM.
