What is Lean Six Sigma?

Lean Six Sigma is a methodology that relies on team effort to improve the performace, while reducing waste and change.
The Lean Six Sigma course combines Lean manufacturing with the Six Sigma, in order to minimize all kinds of waste.
As a result, you will receive the Green Belt certificate as proof of international recognition for the ability to successfully apply the tools of Lean Six Sigma to real company projects.

How can you get the Green Belt certificate?

The course has 40 hours of lectures given in person and in video and workshops. To obtain the certificate of the Green Belt Course you will also have to do an internship in a company in the area of Lean Six Sigma where you will be able to put what you learned into practice.
