What is Lean Six Sigma?
Lean Six Sigma combines Lean Manufacturing/Lean Enterprise and Six Sigma to eliminate the eight kinds of waste. This combination aims to provide you with the absolute best source of easy-to-understand information for helping you improve the effectiveness, efficiency and profitability of manufacturing operations.
In February of 2019, the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Local Course was held in Aveiro for the 1st time
From 27th to 29th of February, involved in a learning environment, our participants were eager to learn more and more, showing hard work and team spirit with the help of the tireless instructors, always ready to help each one of them.
The following weekend, from the 1st to 3rd of March our participants experienced the last days of the course, where they had to work in order to solve a Final Case using what they learned about Lean and Six Sigma. We couldn't feel more proud of what they achieved as a team, so we would like to congratulate everyone for their amazing participation.
Also, we want to give a special thank you to our instructors for being so hardworking and for helping everyone to take the best of the course.
This was just the beginning of an extraordinary road so don't stop aiming high!
